#1 – I feel that our milk is a good  one source milk coming only from Teacup Farms cows.  Other milk is pooled from many farms into a big truck. That milk is then taken to the factory and all the cream is taken off to make ice cream and butter.  The milk is then High Temperature pasteurized,  We do the lowest Temperature allowed by NYS.
#2 – Our milk is non homogenized meaning we leave all the cream on and do not alter the lactose which is important in digestion.
#3 – you will be supporting a small local farm
We take it form our cows to a small 15 gallon vat and bottle it all by hand.
