Is your milk getting a bit old and you just want to use it up.

Try Easy Cheese, Take 1 gallon of either cow or goat milk.

Heat to 185 and using a up and down stir add 1/2 cup of either

Lemon juice or vinegar. The solids will separate from the whey,

strain off the whey. Eat the curds yum,  you can spice for a dip if it is

a bit thick thin with some warm milk. I use this cheese at ricotta best you will ever taste.
